Fortnite: Chapter 2, Season 4

Season four is finally here and based on the few matches I’ve played so far, it seems Fortnite has been returned to its former glory. With all new weapons and mythics, to new POIs, to tons of new fish in the game, there is a ton to talk about!!!

All new map and POI's

When you launch from the battle bus, you’ll notice four jets fly past you and they carry some of the best loot. the jets eventually land and you can check out what loot they have. They are protected by guards with OP guns that do 50 dam per hit. (Purple gun) They are also hotspots which means there are little drones you can shoot down that carry weapons and sometimes mythics.

Near Gorgeous Gorge, there is a field of robots that were slain by wolverine. They have plenty of chests so they’re a pretty good place for rotating or even landing.

Pleasant Park has seamed to be taken over by Doctor Doom and his henchmen. Eliminating Doctor Doom will give you access to the vault, (Which is under the soccer field) as well as giving you the power to super jump, shoot plasma balls, and punch for a bunch or damage.

New and Un-vaulted items

Wondering why I said Fortnite was being brought back to its former glory? My answer is because of the huge amount of items returning from the vault. Below is the list of items returned (As of the season start-off)

– Combat Shotgun

-Boogie-bombs

-Pump Shotgun

-Bandage Bazooka

-Scoped Assault Rifle

-Revolver

-Bounce Pad

-Light Machiene Gun

Sadly, many items got vaulted as well so below is the list of items that you can no longer use in-game.

– Decoy Grenades

-Tactical Shotgun

-Pistol (Epic/Legendary)

-Rapid-Fire SMG (Rare/Epic/Legendary)

-Launch Pad 🙁

-Stink Bomb

-Hunting Rifle

-SMG

-Flare Gun

Avengers Weapons

New weapons related to the Avengers themed Battlepass are here and they are pretty cool. For mythics we have:

-Groot’s Bramble Shield

-Silver Surfer’s Surfboard

-Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets

-Doctor Doom’s Mystical Bomb

They’re pretty cool when it comes to mythics so be sure to check them out! There’s also a new gun that can be Rare, Epic, or Legendary that’s called Stark Industries Energy Rifle. The Epic one does 50 damage per hit so it’s pretty over powered!

Battle Pass

If you’re an avengers fan then this Season’s Battle pass is for you. Sadly, this eason’s Battle Pass only has one tier one skin but its coolness will make up for that. Tier one is Thor, the Avenger god of thunder and he looks great!

For Tier 22 you get She-Hulk, Tier 38 is Groot, Tier 58 is Storm, Tier 67 is Doctor Doom, Tier 80 is Mystique, and Finally, Tier 100 is Iron Man. The special skin is Wolverine and you need to complete challenges to get him.
